As an advanced flexible stamping equipment, the multi-station stamping line is composed of multi-station high-speed press, multi-station die, three-in-one feeding device, unstacking truss manipulator, loading trolley, coordinate manipulator, line tail belt machine, waste transfer device and other parts, which can be widely used in automobile, home appliances, hardware and other industries efficient stamping production. Multi-station punching line in one working stroke, simultaneously complete multiple stamping processes, such as drawing, punching, shaping, flanging, cutting and so on. After the press completes a stamping, it does not need to stop at the upper dead center waiting for the feeding manipulator to transfer the station parts, but continuous work, while the feeding manipulator transfers between stations, replacing the single machine with continuous stroke work, greatly improving the production efficiency, and the beat can be up to 25 times/minute. At the same time, the demand for operators and sites is reduced, the equipment failure rate is effectively reduced, and the comprehensive cost of stamping parts is reduced and the quality is further improved. After the product is delivered to customers, Changdao Weiyip has achieved the expected capacity improvement goal, the sales department is more confident in receiving orders, the workshop production management is more convenient, and many departments have benefited a lot from this project.
