Factory planning and construction to "green factory, smart factory" as the goal to implement, the whole project uses a large number of international leading and Gree independent research and development of intelligent equipment, process automation level, production efficiency and energy saving and environmental protection are in the forefront of the industry.

Around the demand for the construction of intelligent sheet metal factory proposed by Changsha Gree, the sales and technical team of Yawei machine tool fully responded, carried out thorough workpiece analysis and capacity planning, and provided intelligent sheet metal factory solutions including uncoiling-flying shear line, punching shear composite line, three-dimensional warehouse for hardware support, and integrated control of production management system. Each processing unit can operate automatically in the "online mode" under the cooperative control of the central computer, and realize the automatic production from raw materials to stamping, cutting and palletizing. Each processing unit can also operate independently in the "offline mode", and each linkage with the warehouse unit can realize the automatic mass cycle processing of different workpieces. The overall project has been officially delivered to Changsha Gree Factory in July 2019. After several months of operation, the efficient utilization of processing equipment has been realized, the production capacity has been fully improved, and the intelligent production management mode has built the basic structure of the future unmanned chemical plant.

As the "central brain" of the entire production line, Yawei production management system (MES) interconnects with software and hardware such as InforERP, database and logistics control and management system (WMS), flying shear line, and cutting line to achieve collaborative and efficient operation. Compared with the traditional operation mode of single-machine processing and manual transfer, the number of employees is reduced from 8 to 2. Due to the reduction of loading and unloading time and warehousing and logistics, the comprehensive production efficiency is increased by more than 60%. In addition, the labor intensity of employees is also greatly reduced. Gree employees only need to issue batch orders for products every day, and the whole set of equipment can complete the production task from steel coil to processing various parts. Yawei MES production management system helps improve production efficiency more clearly. At the same time, the MES production management system can also integrate management functions such as production scheduling, product tracking, quality control, equipment failure analysis, network reports and other management functions on a unified platform, and provide workshop management information services for production departments, quality inspection departments, process departments, and logistics departments at the same time using a unified database and through network connection.
