In this context, in order to meet the needs of capacity upgrading, in order to continue to improve labor efficiency and improve working conditions, Yawei has won the trust of customers through detailed planning and design, as always, introduced a full set of automatic production lines from Yawei Stock: including material storage, automatic feeding, stamping, automatic bending, automatic gluing, robot laser welding, automatic packaging, packing and palletizing.

This elevator floor full set of automatic production line, without the punching machine operator loading, intelligent material library automatically pick up the need to process the plate, by the automatic feeding system for two punching machine loading. The punching machine continues to be automatically bent by the bending unit after processing, again without bending worker intervention. Finally, the molded layer door is placed on the loading station of the layer door assembly line to realize the functions of automatic gluing, automatic welding, automatic packing and palletizing. The entire line, in addition to the 2 assembly stations that must be manually intervened, the rest of the stations are unmanned, with a high degree of intelligence, and the personnel is reduced from the original 10 to 2-3 people. The rhythm efficiency of the entire production line is about 1 minute. While reducing labor, it significantly improves production efficiency and improves the intelligent level of the whole plant.
