Technical Support Request – Press Brake Communication Issue (Model PBB-160/3100) Dear Yawei Support Team, My name is William Manzolli, and I am an electrical engineer at Freedom Veículos Elétricos in Brazil. As shown in the attached photos, we have a press brake and a shearing machine manufactured by your company. Currently, we are experiencing a problem with the press brake, which I will describe below and also demonstrate in the attached videos. When we power on the machine and press the SET button on the controller panel, nothing happens — the system does not respond. I checked the TXD pin of the controller using an oscilloscope and confirmed that no RS-232 signal is being sent from the controller to the operator panel. However, the LZS003 controller is transmitting information to the panel, because when the safety laser is interrupted, the LED indicators on the panel turn off, as shown in the second video. This behavior confirms that RS-232 communication is occurring in the direction from the controller to the panel.
