In the realm of robot tool stacking technology for vertical cutting machines, the robot tool stacking system offered by Germany's NLT Automation GmbH is the most advanced technology available today.

The robot automatic knife arrangement system at Qingdao Baojing is a domestically produced product based on the digestion and absorption of Germany's NLT robot knife arrangement technology by Yawei Corporation.

Operators only need to input parameters for the parent coil material and strip parameters on the interface. The robot automatic knife arrangement system can then quickly calculate a reasonable tool layout, precisely pick up the blades, and perform knife arrangement operations. The product has been inspected and verified by German NLT experts, demonstrating Yawei's expertise in intelligent manufacturing.
High dynamic
The robot blade placement system has a high dynamic response capability, completing a set of blade replacement in just 8-15 minutes. It can grab multiple blades and spacers at once, saving a significant amount of time compared to repetitive grabbing. It also has the ability to automatically compare, and reusable toolsets will be placed on the preset tool arm, which will be utilized as a whole again the next time the tool is loaded. Therefore, the blade placement time for batch processing can be controlled within 5-8 minutes.
Zero defects
The robot blade arranging system is driven by servo motors and controlled by a dedicated computer, ensuring precise movement without human errors in blade arrangement. It automatically detects blade and spacer values during operation and compares them with the values in the execution command, maintaining strict logical relationships and timing sequences. This meticulous control results in a blade arrangement error rate and failure rate within 0.3%, approaching error-free operation.
