Yawei Company's Project Selected as a Pilot Project for the Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Standards in 2022
Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the list of pilot projects for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards in 2022. Yahwei Corporation's project titled "Pilot Application of Remote Maintenance Standards for High-End CNC Sheet Metal Forming Machine Tools" was selected for this list.
In line with the implementation of the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development," and aiming to leverage the role of standards in supporting and guiding, the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standardization Committee) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology decided to jointly conduct the application of intelligent manufacturing standards pilot project declaration for 2022. In April of this year, they issued a notice regarding the implementation of the 2022 pilot project, prioritizing projects including already published national standards, ongoing national standards development, supporting industry-related standards, local standards, group standards, and enterprise standards. The goal is to form a collection of standards that facilitate the effective implementation of intelligent manufacturing applications.
The project titled "Pilot Application of Remote Maintenance Standards for High-End CNC Sheet Metal Forming Machine Tools" focuses on the digitalization, networking, and intelligent transformation and upgrading needs of high-end CNC sheet metal forming machine tools. It utilizes the national standard "General Requirements for Intelligent Manufacturing Remote Maintenance Systems" and related standards to upgrade the construction of the machine tool remote maintenance service platform. The project aims to enhance the machine tool's entire lifecycle service system, improve the efficiency and quality of machine tool services, conduct promotion and training for the standard collection, validate the effectiveness, scientific basis, and practicality of the standard collection, and promote the practical application of the national standard "General Requirements for Intelligent Manufacturing Remote Maintenance Systems."
