Gree mold library is an important part of the intelligent manufacturing process of sheet metal workshop of Gree Intelligent Manufacturing Gaolan Gang Factory. The mold library is equipped with 120 storage locations, 2 mold entrances and exits, and 1 mold access port.

Supports the maximum weight of a single mold up to 10 tons. Cooperate with WMS, WCS and AGV to realize automatic delivery of molds and automatic return of molds according to production orders, and support the distribution and return of 300T single mold and 800T combined mold of punching machine.

At present, the mold library has been officially put into use, and the site supports the automatic production of Gree customers 50+ molds and 12 large and small punching machines.
